Cagayan de Oro City---Since 1993, the Northern Mindanao Federation of Family Welfare Committees (NMFFWC) has been an active program development partner of the Department of Labor and Employment-X (DOLE-X) and the key instrument in the plans and programs for all member-companies’ Family Welfare Committees, more so in creating a sustained moral leadership in every organization as the domain of charismatic and harmonious labor-management relationships.
On 17 March 2017 at Bagong Lipunan Restaurant, some 25 NMFFWC board of directors gave due recognition to Regional Director Raymundo G. Agravante in his 2014-2017 stint who continuously supported the federation as the over-all chairman in the development of committees that are responsive to the needs of its member companies.
NMFFWC is represented by chairperson, Rebecca V. Inubio of Granexport Manufacturing Corporation.
Before taking off to his new assignment in region-XI, Agravante receives plaque of appreciation citing his contribution for the successes of NMFFWC's hosting to the regional annual conventions and the 1st Mindanao-wide family welfare program (FWP) summit held in Cagayan de Oro City in 2015.
In his parting message, he lauded the efforts of the partnership with high marks being the backbone of his leadership remarking that NMFFWC is the best FWP implementer in the Philippines.
